The John R. Wooden Course, LLC is a United States based company conducting Team, Personal and School Assessments related to the The John R. Wooden Course. As such we take the privacy and the right of our survey/assessment respondents to remain anonymous very seriously. All of our surveys/assessments are conducted in an anonymous manner and reported in aggregate tables only unless it is a personal assessment which is still anonymous but only reported to the individual taking it.

GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulations): Although we are a United States (US) based company and focus on a US market we agree with and adhere to all GDPR regulations in all of our surveys/assessments and websites. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in our surveys/assessments and consider anonymous answers to surveys important in getting honest feedback. Any user information (if a person signs up for an assessment) we store in a secure manner and do not share with any third parties. Our surveys/assessments and websites are only for those 18 years or older.

Data removal
Those who signed up for our services and created a user account have the option of removing their personal information at any time. If you would like to remove your contact information please contact us below. Remember that removing your user information will cancel your account. Survey/assessment responses are always anonymous so there is no way to track this back to any individual.

Assessment Privacy

All of our surveys/assessments no matter where they are conducted are kept completely anonymous as we do not collect any personally identifiable information. We adhere to strict market research guidelines. We do not capture IPs, browser types, or any other personally identifiable information within our surveys/assessments.

Only those 18 year or older are eligible to complete our surveys/assessments

For security we use SSL certificates to secure communications, intrusion monitoring software, and other standard security measures on our servers.

All survey data is stored and processed in the United States.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a contact form.

When on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
