Lynn Guerin worked with Coach Wooden for over a decade. Jason Lavin hired Lynn as a management consultant in 2017 to help take his digital marketing company to the next level. After 12 months of working with each other, Lynn and Jason agreed to combine forces to bring The John Wooden Way and the Pyramid of Success to thousands of organizations (and millions of people).
