What is the Fee Range for the Course?

The course fee ranges from $225 per person for a half-day session to $795 per person for a 3-day session. If you are interested in a turnkey event hosted offsite, where we would be responsible to cover the costs of location, catering, and AV, the fee would be a bit higher.

Does Coach Wooden Participate in the Course?

Yes, he does. Coach has participated in roughly half of all the courses we have conducted. If you would like Coach to speak at your event, please keep a few things in mind:

At 94 years old, Coach keeps a very rigorous and demanding speaking schedule. The more lead time we can offer Coach, the better the chances that the event will be penned into his personal calendar.
If your seminar or event is planned to occur at a location in Southern California, the chances of Coach making an appearance rise dramatically, chiefly because he will not need to fly to reach the event.
On rare occasions, Coach will agree to fly out of Southern California for a seminar or event, but the expense increases significantly because he will only fly on a private jet.

The best way to determine if the John R. Wooden Course is a good fit for your team is to take an abridged version our free online Team Vitality Assessment (TVA). This two-minute assessment will measure your perception of the vitality of your own team. The fee range to administer the complete TVA for your team is $30-$40 per person. This fee includes administration, scoring, analysis, reporting, and usage during the course.

The best way to maximize the value of the John R. Wooden Course depends on your specific needs. The course is currently offered as a half-day, full-day, 2-Day, and 3-Day experience.

The course is also fully customizable. For example, after administering the Team Vitality Assessment, we may discover that your team is struggling with Enthusiasm, Self-Control, and Team Spirit - three of Coach Wooden's pyramid blocks. We can then tailor the course content to focus on these three opportunities for team improvement.

Or, TVA results may suggest a need to teach two of the five major course concepts: Leadership and Extraordinary Performance.

After a thorough review of the course content and administration of the TVA, many of our clients prefer customized courses that we design to meet their specific needs.
